At the intersection of 3rd Street and Pacific Avenue in Downtown Long Beach, wood framing is taking shape for the latest mixed-use apartment complex from Holland Partner Group.
The project, located at both 131 W. 3rd Street and 250 Pacific Avenue, will eventually stand eight stories in height, featuring 271 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments above approximately 12,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Plans also call for parking for 395 vehicles.
