Construction is set to begin next year for the first new full-service hotel in Long Beach in more than 30 years, developer Steinhauer Properties announced this week.
In Summer 2024, Bellevue-based Steinhauer intends to break ground on the Hard Rock Hotel Long Beach at 100 N. Ocean Boulevard. The project, which would also be the first Hard Rock-branded hotel in Southern California in nearly one decade, calls for the construction of a 31-story building featuring roughly 427 guest rooms and suites.
